Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Bellagio
About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment essential to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and any equipment driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, or any other power source. This role also involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing ride systems and auxiliary equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems, completing work orders, and performing daily route inspections for necessary repairs. The position provides administrative and technical support as directed by department management.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, including Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Compound Gauges and Pressure Gauges
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer maintenance guidelines
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and all equipment that is driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power developing energy which has to do with or is related to the operation of all mechanical equipment
- Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Complete work orders
- Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
