About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of tile installation techniques, surface preparation, grout application, and repair methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience installing, repairing, and maintaining tile, stone, grout, and related flooring or wall surfaces preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, replace, and maintain tile, stone, grout, and related surfaces throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Inspect tile surfaces for damage, cracks, loose tiles, and wear, and perform necessary repairs to maintain safety and appearance
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship
• Perform daily inspections of assigned areas and proactively identify and complete tile and grout repairs to support the resort's luxury standards
