Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis.
Strong troubleshooting skills in PLCs (Siemens preferred), electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP PM and maintenance management systems preferred.
Automotive and automated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive equipment reliability and uptime by developing, implementing, and continuously improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support production objectives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, conveyor, and automated manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and resolve complex equipment issues.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies to identify recurring failures, implement permanent solutions, and improve equipment performance.
Manage equipment improvement and maintenance projects focused on increasing safety, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency while supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new equipment installations, launches, and engineering changes by participating in equipment commissioning, validation, acceptance testing, and production startup activities.
Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate maintenance records, managing SAP work orders, supporting LOTO procedures, and adhering to company, OSHA, and environmental requirements.
