About The Position

The Cronin Auto Family is looking to add to our maintenance team to keep our buildings clean and organized. This role is responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our dealership buildings. The Cronin Auto Family includes Perrysburg Automall, which is the home of The Wreck Center, VW of Perrysburg, Volvo of Perrysburg, Cronin GMC of Perrysburg and Cronin Buick GMC of Bowling Green, and Cronin Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Requirements

Basic cleaning skills
Ability to clean floors and rooms
Ability to clean restrooms
Ability to vacuum and empty trash
Ability to monitor and maintain sanitation and organization
Willingness to assist other departments
Ability to perform additional duties as needed

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our dealership buildings
Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning restroom facilities.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Assists other departments when needed.
Performs additional duties as needed.
