We’re looking for an honest, reliable, hands-on team member who takes pride in their work to help keep the club clean, safe, and running beautifully.

Requirements

Honest, reliable, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet—walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift
Comfortable working evening hours on a consistent schedule
Valid driver’s license
Able to follow privacy, safety, and professionalism standards in locker rooms and member areas

Nice To Haves

Prior janitorial, facilities, maintenance, hospitality, or club experience preferred
Experience with minor repairs and handyman skills preferred

Responsibilities

End-of-day cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and common spaces—sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, surface cleaning, trash removal, and full restroom sanitation
Restocking locker room and restroom supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, and related amenities
Operating commercial cleaning equipment including floor polishers, carpet cleaning machines, floor washers, and pressure washers
Kitchen and industrial cleaning support: degreasing cooking areas, cleaning hoods and drains, pressure washing floors when needed
Event setup and teardown—moving tables, chairs, and equipment, and returning spaces to club standards after events
Minor repairs and preventive maintenance including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and clearing drain clogs
Reporting larger maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor
