Our Construction & Facilities Internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain valuable industry experience within a dynamic automotive organization. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Facilities Intern to assist our Facilities and Construction Management team. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination, facility maintenance, and construction management within a dynamic automotive dealership environment. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience or coursework in construction, real estate, or facility management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating facility maintenance and construction projects across multiple dealership locations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Research and recommend cost-effective solutions for facility improvements.
• Assist in managing work orders and coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
