About The Position

This is an entry-level role designed for a proactive learner, offering a clear path for growth as you master the complexities of large-scale construction project management within healthcare. The role involves coordinating the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery. You will assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance. The position requires monitoring ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress. Additionally, you will manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.

Requirements

Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience.
OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Construction experience is strongly preferred.
Healthcare experience would be a plus.
