About The Position

The Manor Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Full-Time Facilities / Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the Club. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, first-class environment for members, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of consistency and attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced private club environment.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping, janitorial, facilities, hotel, country club, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, polished environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication.
Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts based on club needs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as required.
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and setup tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse, locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, fitness areas, and other assigned club spaces.
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, window cleaning, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
Ensure all restrooms and locker rooms are fully stocked with paper products, soap, towels, and other necessary supplies.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning before, during, and after club events, member functions, and private parties.
Monitor assigned areas throughout the day to ensure they remain clean, organized, and member-ready.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged equipment, or supply needs to management in a timely manner.
Support the facilities team with light maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and club standards.
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to members, guests, and fellow team members.
Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed.
