About The Position
Martin Luther College (MLC) is seeking a dependable Grounds Worker to help maintain a safe, attractive, and functional environment for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and college activities. This position supports grounds care, landscaping, athletic fields, seasonal needs, snow removal, equipment care, and grounds projects. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, appreciates variety in their work throughout the seasons, and values contributing to a well-maintained and manicured space. The successful candidate works well independently and with others, takes initiative, and brings care and attention to the spaces that students, workers, and visitors experience every day.
