About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to assist with general facilities and grounds upkeep at our property. This is a part-time position working one consistent day per week, ideal for someone looking for steady, flexible hours in a low-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable performing light physical labor
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized property
Nice To Haves
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and shop areas
- Perform light maintenance and general upkeep tasks
- Assist with basic painting projects
- Support grounds maintenance (weed control, spraying, general appearance)
- Move materials and assist with light physical tasks
- Complete miscellaneous projects as needed
