We are looking for a high-energy Fleet & Logistics Strategist (Warehouse & Fleet Manager) to be the backbone of our operation. Requirements

  • Organizational Obsession: You hate clutter and love systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You understand basic vehicle maintenance and can troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Logistics Experience: 2+ years in warehouse management, fleet operations, or construction logistics preferred.
  • The Scranton Spirit: Hardworking, reliable, and ready to do whatever it takes to support the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, GPS tracking, and cleanliness for our iconic green fleet.
  • Maintain a "5-Star" warehouse environment.
  • Inventory control, equipment staging, and consumable replenishment (PPE, chemicals).
  • Manage our arsenal of air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty restoration tools.
  • Ensure everything is tested, cleaned, and ready for the next call.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure crews have exactly what they need before they leave the shop.
