Requirements

Organizational Obsession: You hate clutter and love systems.
Mechanical Aptitude: You understand basic vehicle maintenance and can troubleshoot equipment issues.
Logistics Experience: 2+ years in warehouse management, fleet operations, or construction logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance, GPS tracking, and cleanliness for our iconic green fleet.
Maintain a "5-Star" warehouse environment.
Inventory control, equipment staging, and consumable replenishment (PPE, chemicals).
Manage our arsenal of air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty restoration tools.
Ensure everything is tested, cleaned, and ready for the next call.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure crews have exactly what they need before they leave the shop.
