About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, data analytics, and strategic program development. This role provides hands-on experience working across operational teams to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, optimize material and service delivery, and support continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, an interest in operations and supply chain management, and the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supply chain process improvements focused on efficiency, cost management, and operational reliability.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify demand requirements, track deliverables, and support execution of supply strategies.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in supporting cross-functional programs and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly communicated.
  • Support development of scalable processes and governance models.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve business decision-making.
  • Support KPI development and performance tracking related to cost, service levels, inventory, and supplier performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and communication tools to support program adoption.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities using data-driven approaches.
