About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to step into the role of Facilities Engineering Manager for our newly acquired Farmer’s Branch, TX location. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this position plays a vital role in shaping the vision, operational excellence, and ongoing advancement of our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor facilities including cleanroom operations, HVAC, ultrapure water (UPW) systems, chem/gas distribution, power distribution, and project management. This role ensures all facilities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Manage technical troubleshooting, project execution, and engineering analysis of facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., HVAC, UPW, wastewater, cleanroom environments, gas/chemical delivery).
Manage and execute semiconductor tool installation to enable production capability and in accordance with industry standards.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure reliable and safe facility operations.
Develop and maintain robust Capacity vs Demand models for the site utility systems.
Oversee capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and building codes, including OSHA, TCEQ, EPA, and local regulations.
Develop and implement facility policies and SOPs.
Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Drive Key Performance Indicator metrics in support of safety, quality, cost, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure facility operates in a cost-effective manner to support the needs of the overall site operations leader.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams, cultivating talent and building capabilities aligned with FormFactor’s growth and operational goals.
