About The Position

As the Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification, and building projects from concept through implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Plan, direct, and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance projects. Lead facilities modifications and building projects from concept through implementation. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track financial terms. Coordinate project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance. Identify problems and develop resource‑allocation or scope‑change solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in engineering or related experience.
  • Facilities engineering experience
  • Proficient in communication and coordination between Program Leadership and Contractors.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Active Secret clearance
