About The Position
Pratt & Whitney is seeking to transform the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing engines. They are looking for individuals to drive this transformation. This role involves performing electrical construction or maintenance work to install and repair electrical systems and components, following standardized methods, applicable codes, and engineering specifications for facilities and equipment in an assigned area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to read complex drawings and schematic diagrams, use shop mathematics and understand principles of solid-state devices.
- Equivalent to 2-3 years trades training plus 2-3 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electricity and electronics, A.C. and D.C. circuits, various phase power and distribution systems and working knowledge of electrical code as applied to industrial work, including installations in hazardous areas.
