About The Position

The Maintenance Department is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Electrician with a working knowledge of electrical code (NEC codes), electrical mathematics, Solid State control devices, and ARC Flash codes. Responsibilities include moving and adding receptacles or lights to existing circuits, moving or adding switches to existing circuits, replacing panels with like-for-like panels, replacing motors with like-for-like motors, and adding circuits to existing conduit home runs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems, electronic and all equipment.
• Completion of an accredited trade school or four years of electrical experience with a strong maintenance background.
• Ability to differentiate colors.
• Solid reading and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to keep accurate written records.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/jobs.
• Excellent people skills.
• Solid computer skills in various computer programs (Word, Excel).
• Demonstrable communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
