About The Position
The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking facilities information interns to assist in completing and maintaining data within their Archibus IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System). This system is primarily used for space management and facilities maintenance, integrating geospatial information with a comprehensive facilities relational database. The CUNY IWMS manages facilities data for 26 colleges, covering 30 million square feet across all New York City boroughs.
Requirements
- Must be a CUNY student
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, architecture, or IT
- Has essential data entry and data analysis skills
- Has familiarity with spreadsheets
- Has familiarity with relational databases
- Must be available for at least 14 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Verifying existing data
- Identifying, collecting, and entering missing or incorrect data
- Maintaining accurate records of valuable facilities information in our Archibus IWMS
- Other duties as assigned
