About The Position
The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds.
Requirements
- General housekeeping skills
- Light maintenance skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cardboard baler
- Experience with floor scrubber
- Lawn mowing/maintenance experience
- Snow removal experience
Responsibilities
- Restroom maintenance and cleaning
- Keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked
- Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler
- Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
- Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber
- Dusting shelves, products, etc.
- Replace light bulbs as necessary
- Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal
