About The Position
The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This is a part-time position with 25 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $16.00-$17.00, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to use a cardboard baler
- Ability to operate a floor scrubber
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lawn mowing/maintenance
- Experience with snow removal
Responsibilities
- Restroom maintenance and cleaning
- Keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers, paper towels, and all other restroom products
- Break down and dispose of cardboard using a cardboard baler
- Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
- Keep floors in clean condition by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or using a floor scrubber
- Dusting shelves and products
- Replace light bulbs as necessary
- Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal
