About The Position
The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This is a part-time position with 25 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $16.00-$17.00, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to use a cardboard baler.
- Ability to operate a floor scrubber.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lawn mowing/maintenance.
- Experience with snow removal.
Responsibilities
- Restroom maintenance and cleaning, including stocking toilet tissue, soap dispensers, paper towels, and other restroom products.
- Properly break down and dispose of cardboard, including the use of a cardboard baler.
- Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
- Maintain clean floors through mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or using a floor scrubber.
- Dusting shelves, products, etc.
- Replace light bulbs as necessary.
- Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
