About The Position

The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This is a part-time evening position, with a preferred schedule of Monday-Friday from 4-8 PM. There is potential for extra shifts before and after special events. The hourly pay range is $13.50-$15.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work part-time evenings, Monday-Friday, 4-8 PM
• Experience with general housekeeping and light maintenance
• Ability to operate a cardboard baler
• Ability to use floor cleaning equipment (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, floor scrubber)
• Ability to replace light bulbs
• Willingness to perform lawn maintenance and snow removal as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with restroom maintenance and stocking
• Experience with trash disposal and recycling
• Experience with dusting and general cleaning of shelves and products

Responsibilities

• Restroom maintenance and cleaning
• Keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked
• Properly break down and dispose of cardboard, including use of cardboard baler
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
• Keep floors in clean condition, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubbing
• Dusting shelves, products, etc.
• Replace light bulbs as necessary
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal
