About The Position

This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the campus retail sales and office buildings.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs general clean up duties including trash pickup and sweeping & mopping floors according to cleaning schedule.
• Cleans offices and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces including mirrors, sinks, toilets, etc
• Stocks bathroom supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. as needed.
• Cleans breakroom daily, including walls, sink, refrigerator, shelves, etc.
• Notifies Accounting supplies stocker of any low stock breakroom items such as plastic utensils, paper towels, utility soap, paper plates, etc.
• Monitors smoking area, keeping area clean, and dumping/refilling buckets as needed.
• Picks up any trash outside, disposing as needed.
• Vacuums carpets, cleans/sweeps stairs per schedule.
• Dusts offices weekly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
