About The Position

The Facilities Coordinator, Facilities and Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating all requests directed to the department. This role reports to the Manager, Facilities, Infrastructure and Projects.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service–oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

• French is an asset
• Facilities experience preferred
• Dental industry experience considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on facilities and infrastructure requests
• Manage inventories, assets, invoices, and service calls
• Support clinics, departmental projects, and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with suppliers and analyze quotes
• Assist team members with departmental tasks
