About The Position

ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA. ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will provide excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. This position will allow you to utilize your experience in soft services and assist with overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities performed at the client site.

Requirements

Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Nice To Haves

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
