About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the daily operations of assigned facilities through a combination of technical maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support. In this role, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments while delivering a high level of client service. The Facility Coordinator plays an important role in supporting operational excellence, workplace functionality, and overall occupant experience across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, workplace operations, or vendor coordination
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites within a 10-mile radius
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools along with basic computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and procedures
  • Previous experience supporting commercial facilities or property management environments
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors and service providers
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and building operations
  • Ability to support budget tracking and maintenance documentation
  • Experience assisting with conference room setups, events, or workplace services operations

Responsibilities

  • Execute work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and service requests while minimizing disruption to building occupants
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, cleanliness concerns, and potential safety issues
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to office furniture, fixtures, and workplace equipment
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work activity within computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Support workplace operations including employee onboarding/offboarding activities, seating coordination, and office moves
  • Assist with procurement activities, office supply replenishment, event setup/breakdown, and general administrative support
