About The Position

Join JLL as a Facilities Coordinator and become an integral part of our operations team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this dynamic role, you'll provide essential support to Site and Assistant Facility Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building positive client and vendor relationships. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining our facility at the highest standards, coordinating services, managing work orders, and serving as a key point of contact for site amenities and operations. Requirements

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in information technology tools and platforms (familiarity with Google Suite is required)

Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality fields

Responsibilities

Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized office environment and respond promptly to all work orders while maintaining KPI compliance
Provide welcoming front desk coverage and guest support, serving as the face of JLL for visitors and clients
Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works, tracking projects to completion with minimal disruption
Coordinate vendor services, restock MK supplies, and order office supplies and catered lunches as needed
Support the delivery of site amenities including fitness, food services, transportation, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
Maintain emergency response plans, ensure building procedures meet performance measures, and provide a safe workplace environment
Update and maintain accurate records, official documentation, and web pages for the site.
