The Workplace team is a fast-paced, service-focused group dedicated to creating workplaces where employees feel supported, safe, and able to do their best work. As a Coordinator on the Workplace team you will serve as an in-office Facilities/Front Desk/Security Coordinator as key point of contact for employees, visitors, guests, and vendors while helping keep our workplace running smoothly each day. You’ll support front desk operations, answer and route incoming phone calls, fulfill facilities needs, assist with basic security functions, and help ensure our spaces remain welcoming, organized, and well maintained. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized in a dynamic environment, and taking pride in creating a positive workplace experience. This role will report to Workplace Manager.
