About The Position

This co-op opportunity is fully in person as an essential employee on site. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Facilities Coordinator, Co-op will support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, Workplace Solutions and provide on-site support to business partners with facilities requests, moves and general services.

Requirements

  • Enrolment in a Facilities Management or Design program
  • AutoCAD fluency
  • Flexibility to manage in a quickly changing environment
  • Microsoft Office familiarity (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in building management
  • Ensure completion of work requests in a satisfactory manner
  • Building Condition reviews
  • AutoCAD updates to floor plans
  • Attend strategy and project meetings for major initiatives and construction projects
  • Work and assist other groups within CRE
  • Opportunity to work with other business units within Sun Life on specific projects (GIGS)
