This position will be responsible for the management of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system, process atomization, providing daily accounting and tracking of restaurant development, construction, maintenance & requirements for all corporate restaurants, excess properties, and closed stores. This position will conduct onsite audits and manage vendor mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects, AOP budgets for Capital, R&M, Risk Management and Property Management.
