About The Position

As the Facilities Coordinator (Temp), you will support the Facilities and Construction team through administrative coordination, project tracking, and restaurant operations support. You will help manage facilities-related information in ServiceChannel and other systems while partnering with the VP of Facilities/Construction, Regional Facilities Managers, vendors, contractors, and field teams to keep service requests, permits, utilities, reporting, and project follow-up moving forward. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a guest-facing, customer service, administrative, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and follow through on details
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and field leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting facilities, construction, project coordination, administrative operations, or customer service preferred
  • Experience with ServiceChannel or similar ticketing/work order systems preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint, preferred
  • Understanding of construction terms, vendor coordination, and contractual practices preferred
  • Project coordination or project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain facilities data in ServiceChannel and other systems
  • Coordinate communication with internal business partners, vendors, contractors, and field teams
  • Support the restaurant equipment service program schedule
  • Assist with utility setup and permitting coordination for new restaurant openings
  • Monitor service level agreement compliance for contractors and vendors
  • Track project updates, budgets, invoice coding, and related documentation
  • Generate reports, identify variances, and share updates with facilities and operations leadership
  • Provide project status updates related to capital projects and facilities work
  • Support critical facilities calls and help coordinate timely follow-up
  • Execute additional facilities and construction support tasks as assigned
