Position performs duties related to obtaining, maintaining, and tracking of facilities maintenance required to operate medical facilities while also providing additional implementation support activities to the Center Planning & Development Team. The role requires the building and sustaining of relationships with external vendors, as well as internal support and customer service to Lifeline regional field and facility level teammates. Responsibilities include management and administration of a computerized maintenance tracking system (Service Channel), the reconciliation of work orders, obtaining and analysis of proposals, reconciliation of invoices, work and general administrative assistance to managed facilities and internal teams. Individual will serve as a point of contact and provide facility maintenance service support to 30+ centers nationally. On an as needed basis, this position will provide administrative and coordinator support to key members of the Center Development & Planning Department or other functional departments upon approval of the Vice President of Business Operations.
