About The Position

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This is an in-person position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers an initial assignment duration of 4 months with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property management and client service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and at least 2 years of experience with InDesign.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and execution.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Previous commercial real estate experience is highly desirable.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with brokers and maintain effective communication.
  • Handle financial tasks such as preparing vouchers.
  • Order signage for properties to ensure proper display and branding.
  • Compile tour books and conduct surveys to support property tours.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
