About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist Lead. Responsibilities include: Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards. Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment. Identify, develop, and execute preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems (plumbing, HVAC, roofs, fire protection, etc.). Review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders. Supervise on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors. Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment. Assist in developing and managing occupancy and project budgets. Develop long-range plans for facilities maintenance, write RFPs, analyze quotes, and assist in negotiating contracts. Coordinate central maintenance activities that may impact production. Plan and assign preventative maintenance using a computerized management system. Manage and optimize the inventory of critical spare parts. Supervise the documentation and record-keeping of all equipment.

HS diploma plus 2 years experience OR an Associates Degree and 0 years experience OR BA/BS degree and 0 years experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance
