About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist Lead responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards. This role involves managing office systems, including IT and office equipment, and identifying, developing, and executing preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems. The lead will review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders, supervise on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors, and manage the day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment. Additionally, the position assists in developing and managing occupancy and project budgets, develops long-range plans for facilities maintenance, writes RFPs, analyzes quotes, and assists in negotiating contracts. The role also coordinates central maintenance activities that may impact production, plans and assigns preventative maintenance using a computerized management system, manages and optimizes the inventory of critical spare parts, and supervises the documentation and record-keeping of all equipment.
