Facilities Coordinator I (Lab)
About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include ensuring facility sanitation, performing general maintenance tasks, and managing waste removal. The position also requires alignment with company values and active participation in team meetings and training. Requirements
- Performs clearly defined tasks; completes tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Service, clean, and restock restrooms; polish doors/windows.
- Clean building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, polishing).
- Dust and polish furniture, walls, machines, and fixtures.
- Sweep debris from walkways; perform snow removal/de-icing as necessary.
- Gather and empty general trash throughout the facility.
- Demonstrate respect for Core Values by following basic policies and procedures.
- Attend team meetings and training.
