The Facilities & Construction Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining software systems for the Facilities divisions including Facilities, Facility Planning & Construction, Sustainability and Real Estate. This role involves maintaining permissions for all software systems, running monthly reports, assisting users, leading special case scenarios with systems, and maintaining and building systems utilized by the facilities divisions in collaboration with the Support and Systems Manager. The position also serves as the main point of contact for troubleshooting for both internal and external users and is responsible for all training for departments, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
