We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to ensure a safe, healthy, and secure environment for a large customer experience center (call center) through effective facilities management. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations including light maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance regulations. You will collaborate with site leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to balance immediate needs and strategic objectives. Success is measured by maintaining operational efficiency, safety standards, and quality service delivery. This role is 5-days/week Monday-Friday at our Kingsburg Call Center. You must be able to participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues. Flexibility to support occasional overnight work as business needs require
