On a typical day, you might: Handle general maintenance across the building (walls, floors, roofing, etc.) Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues and make minor repairs Coordinate outside contractors for larger or specialized work Execute preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate records (ISO 9001 aligned) Maintain clean, organized, and safe facility conditions Manage waste handling and ensure compliance with procedures Spot potential issues early and take action before they become problems You’re not just maintaining a building—you’re supporting a company that’s making industrial work safer around the world. Requirements

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on role
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an ISO 9001 environment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS
