UT Southwestern Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renovation and capital construction projects ranging from $50K to $25M. Reporting to the Sr. Construction Manager and Director of Planning, Design, and Construction, this role will oversee projects from initial client engagement and strategic planning through construction, completion, and closeout. We are looking for someone with a minimum of four (4) years work experience of construction management/capital project management ($50K to $25M) in hospital, academic university systems, and/or research facilities; strong knowledge of hospital code and compliance standards. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. As Project Manager, you will oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, resource allocation, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Cultivates strong client relationships, directs contractor and vendor performance, proactively mitigate project risks, and drives continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Work Location: Trinity Towers-Dallas Campus; may require travel to and from UTSW campuses and/or facilities.
