Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in Pittsburgh, PA and expansion regions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, pediatric, or behavioral health clinic operations.
- Hands-on experience with new site openings, office relocations, or punch-list inspections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect spaces, resolve facility tickets, oversee maintenance/repairs, and manage keycard access and alarm systems.
- Execute physical setups for new locations—coordinating furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling, and final launch readiness checklists.
- Oversee local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes across your assigned regional footprint.
- Partner with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to maintain accurate project trackers, communicate site updates, and resolve daily operational roadblocks.
