TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. The ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. The qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. Requirements

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms
• Clean and sanitize guest room restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces in guest rooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms
• Clean and vacuum carpets in guest rooms
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Support laundry facility function
• Perform periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
