We are seeking a dependable Facilities Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. This role is critical to supporting daily operations by ensuring offices, restrooms, common areas, and production-adjacent spaces are kept to high cleanliness standards. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and values consistency and reliability.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
• Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleaning, events, audits)
