About The Position

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to support a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. The technician will provide daily cleaning services and help support general facility operations, working with a customer-facing, site-based team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in high-quality work, and can work independently while helping ensure customer operations are supported.

The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, and lunch is provided. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing common areas and guest rooms, maintaining janitorial equipment, supporting the laundry facility, restocking supplies, and assisting with periodic facility projects. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Commercial janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common-area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest-room restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces in guest rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and take trash to the dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass when applicable.
• Work with site-based personnel to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Maintain and safely and properly use janitorial equipment.
• Support the laundry facility's function.
• Participate in periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
