Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience using cleaning equipment and products preferred.
- Experience working in office, industrial, warehouse, or commercial environments preferred.
- Experience safely handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and safe handling of cleaning products.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within established schedules.
- Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and practices.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and customers.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Ensuring that all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment are cleaned according to E2 Optics established standards and schedules.
- Safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Supporting a clean and safe environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
