About The Position

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM shift. The role involves performing light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing environment. The cleaner is responsible for assessing facility conditions, reporting hazards and repair needs, and assisting with facility improvements. Additionally, the position may require filling in as a backup for Mill Operator, Packaging Operator, and/or Baler Operator, and assisting with PM accountabilities as needed. Other duties may be required.

Requirements

Skid Steer experience is needed
Good eye, hand and foot coordination
Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
Willingness to climb ladders and be at heights
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to do simple math calculations
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required

Nice To Haves

One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assesses facility conditions at regular intervals and reporting hazards identified, along with repair needs and other opportunities for facility improvements to the Plant Manager
Fills in as back up for designated Mill Operator, Packaging Operator and/or Baler Operator when needed
Assists with PM accountabilities as needed
Perform other duties as required
