Facilities Carpenter
About The Position
Kemco Integrated Services, a family-owned and operated business since 1989, is seeking an experienced carpenter in Clemson, SC. We specialize in commercial/industrial HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment repairs, installation, and maintenance, as well as offering trades such as carpentry, overhead doors, and building restoration. This role involves making repairs in retail stores and requires a self-starter who is reliable, a team player, and proficient with computers, smartphones, and paperwork systems. The position is hourly with 40 hours per week, offering W2 employment. Occasional travel is required, with hotel and per diem provided. Some overtime and 24/7 on-call service may also be required.
Requirements
- Experience in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP
- Experience with steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures
- Self-starter
- Reliable

- Good with paperwork systems

Nice To Haves
- Commercial construction experience desired
