About The Position
This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment, monitoring inventory, assisting with room setups, conducting safety checks, supporting security measures, and responding to facility-related requests. The position requires working a specific shift and potentially weekends.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
- Must be able to work 6PM to 2:30AM shift, including weekends as needed.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
