Requirements

• Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
• You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers and coworkers by handling essential sanitation, mopping, vacuuming, and keeping the restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot spotless.
• Stay ready to jump into action when leadership or associates call, quickly and safely managing cleanup requests like spills and wet floors to keep everyone safe.
• Help train new team members, follow up on daily facility duties, and maintain a highly positive, respectful attitude with every customer and coworker you meet.
• Keep your own workspace organized and act as the eyes and ears of the building by spotting and reporting maintenance needs—like leaky faucets or loose tiles—before they become bigger problems.
