About The Position

This is a part-time role for a Facilities Associate responsible for maintaining the venue's facilities. The role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance, cleaning various areas, monitoring supplies, assisting with room setups, conducting safety checks, supporting security measures, and responding to facility-related requests.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance & repair procedures, cleaning products & equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.
• Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces (sweep, mop, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
• Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.
• Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.
• Support facility security measures and access control.
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
