About The Position

This is a part-time role focused on maintaining the facilities. Responsibilities include routine inspections, cleaning, inventory management, event setup, safety checks, and supporting security measures. The role also involves responding to facility-related requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance & repair procedures, cleaning products & equipment.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces (sweep, mop, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.
  • Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.
  • Support facility security measures and access control.
  • Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
